Reply from DBRC

Further to my proposal to DBRC to charge 50% of the monthly fees during the suspension and waive all service fees, such as monthly charges for using the gym, which will enable the Club to keep their members and long-term income and save the large amount of cash outflow for refund of deposits, and more importantly, to maintain good customer relationship, please find below the Club management’s reply to me this afternoon.

“Thank you for your continued support to the Club during these challenging times. The Club has been closely monitoring the latest development of COVID-19. As current situation is still critical and further measures have been implemented by the government to discourage social gathering, we are still unable to confirm the club re-opening date.

In view of this, the Club is offering a rebate of one-month subscription fee as recreation and F&B credits. The credits rebated are valid for two months from the date when the club resumes services. Also, Fitness Membership will be extended for one month. All classes of members, including adult, senior and junior, will be eligible to this offer.

During this closure period, all cleaning and maintenance works are maintained to ensure the Club is ready to resume its services once situation improves. The Club shall further update you on the details of the rebate and re-opening date in due course. Once again, thank you for your support. We wish you good health, and look forward to welcoming you again soon.
